PRODUCTS AND PRESENTATION

We aim to describe and photograph every item accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and the character of metallic finishes can cause slight differences in color or appearance. Product availability may change without notice.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or another reasonable operational concern. If payment was taken for an order we cannot fulfill, the amount will be refunded.

PRICES

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store. Delivery charges and applicable fees are shown or confirmed before completion. We may update prices and promotions prospectively at any time.

DELIVERY, RETURNS AND PRODUCT CARE

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and fulfilled through Bosta where stated. Returns, exchanges, manufacturing defects, correct jewelry use, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and mandatory rights under applicable law.

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, infringe intellectual property, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
